Climbing Mount Aragats

On Saturday, August 17, with the Hatis Tour, we will go for 2 days to the Aragatsotn region, to Mount Aragats. This overnight ascent is intended not only for acclimatization, for participants of the climb to Ararat, Elbrus, but also for those who want to spend their day at the foot of Mount Aragats, around Lake Qari. Early in the morning we will go to Qari Lake, next to which there will be our campin (3200 m). In the evening we will make an easy ascent to Urtsasar and return to the camp. On Sunday morning we will climb the Southern and Western peaks of Aragats.
The agenda is as follows. Early on Saturday morning we will leave for Kari Lake, next to which will be our camp (3200 m). In the evening we will make a slight climb to Urtsasar and return to the camp. On Sunday morning, we will climb the Southern peak of Aragats. After the climb, we will return to Yerevan.
Participants must have: sleeping bag, mat (karemat), backpack, mountain climbing boots, warm mountain uniform, jacket, hats (both summer and winter), gloves, jersey, sunscreen cream, lamp, hiking poles, raincoat, sunglasses, two-day food and water
