Climbing Mount Hatis

On Saturday, June 5, together with Hatis Tour we will go to Kotayk region, Hatis mountain. The mountain is a volcanic massif, the height is 2528 m. 40akn springs originate from the southern foot of the mountain. The ruins of Shamiram fortress are located on the mountain. According to the legend, Ara met Shamiram here. We will visit the little-known Hatis cave. We will start climbing the mountain from the side of the village of Kotayk and finish at the church of St. Poghos-Petros.

Participants must have: mask, backpack, mountain climbing boots, warm mountain uniform, jacket, hat (summer, winter), gloves, sunscreen cream, lamp, raincoat, sunglasses, one-day food and water
