Climbing Mets Maymekh & Yeghjervasar

On Sunday, November 19, we will go to Gegharkunik region with Hatis Tour to begin climbing the Mets Maymekh and Yghjervasar mountains. The mountains are located in the northwestern part of the Aregun Mountains in the Tavush region, 6 km southeast of the city of Dilijan. The height of Mets Maymekh is 2642 meters, Yghjervasar is 2559 m (the name Mets Maymekh should not be confused with Mount Dzitanitssar, which is known as Mount Maymekh). We will start the climb from Semenovka and end in Dilijan, passing from the Gegharkunik region to the Tavush region. On the way, stop at the Tsovagyugh food court. The hike route is about 18 km.
Participants must have: backpack, mountain climbing boots, hiking poles, warm mountain uniform, jacket, hat (summer, winter), gloves, sunscreen cream, lamp, raincoat, sunglasses, one-day food and water
