Any journey begins with departure. The plane lands in the main cultural center of Sri Lanka, the city of Colombo. After which we will head to the city of Kandy in the heart of the island. On the way, we will visit the Pinwala elephant shelter, which is also a breeding ground for Asian elephants. It is a crime to visit Sri Lanka and not see this elephant farm. And in the evening, we will enjoy local songs and dances at the hotel, get to know the culture.

After breakfast we prepare for the day of adventure. On this day we will visit Sigiriya, get acquainted with local monuments, walk in the surrounding nature. Sigiriya is a world heritage site under the protection of UNESCO. At the end of the 5th century, King Kassapa built an inaccessible fortress and palace on the rock, surrounded by a moat full of water. This is the most visited historical place in Sri Lanka.

In the morning, we head to the city of Nuwara Eliya (translated as "city of light"), which is considered the center of tourism. It is located at an altitude of 1,884 m above sea level at the foot of Mount Piduruthalagala, the highest peak in Sri Lanka. On the way, we will see the largest Buddha statue in Sri Lanka, the golden roofed Buddhist temple, where we will see the legendary tooth relic of the Buddha, encased in several golden boxes encrusted with jewels. We will also visit the Royal Botanical Garden, where we can see more than 5000 species of trees, plants and reptiles.

We assure you, this day will be engraved among the unforgettable days of your life. At night we will climb Adam's Peak. The height of the mountain is 2243 meters. The mountain is also considered a sanctuary for the locals. We will meet the dawn at the top of the mountain. an incredible amount of energy and power is guaranteed. The dawn from the top of the mountain looks magical. you will see how the whole world comes to life, wakes up. After landing, we will visit Gregory Lake, enjoy rest on the shore of the lake.

Well, nature is waiting for us. We will visit the local botanical garden. We will also visit Hanuman Temple, believed to be the first place in Sri Lanka where Hanuman landed before searching for Goddess Sita. And then we will drive to Ramboda Falls, which is famous for its beautiful landscapes consisting of highlands, mountain ranges, plains, streams and mountains. We continue to Hakgala Botanical Garden, which is the "home" of wild animals, bears, monkeys and birds. We will spend the night in a hotel in Bentota, with a view of the sea from its windows.

After waking up to the sound of sea waves, we take a trip to Mirissa. On the way, we will visit the Galle Fort, where the National Maritime Museum, the Dutch Church, the Galle Lighthouse and the Meera Mosque are also located. Once you're done exploring the Galli Fort, we can continue on to Mirissa. Arriving at Mirissa Beach, we will see a huge red-colored hill on a rock. After a day full of sandy toes and salty hair, we will return to Bentota in the evening for an overnight stay.

After waking up in the morning, we are going to explore Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka. We are ready to explore the city of Colombo, first we will walk around the Colombo Fort, walk from the Colombo Fort to Beira Lake and visit the famous lover's island and the beautiful suspension bridge. We will admire the architectural wonder that will leave you breathless with its unusual color patterns. We will walk around South Asia's tallest tower, The Lotus Tower, explore restaurants, architecture and have time to shop before heading to the World Trade Center and Parliament Buildings. We will see the Colombo temple which is a blend of modern architecture and cultural essence. Later, we will visit the National Museum of Colombo, which presents the entire history of Sri Lanka, and we will also visit the Independence Square. After exploring the city of Colombo, we will return to the hotel, have dinner and prepare for the next day's flight.

After breakfast in the morning, we will go to Colombo International Airport. We will return to our homeland from the island of Sri Lanka full of happy and unforgettable memories.
